Where: CH Smith Centre, Launceston
Time: 10.00 am - 4.00 pm
We are incredibly excited to offer this one day masterclass with our Tasmanian Leaders residential facilitator Lynda Jones. Lynda is an educator who moved to strategic communications, engagement process design and facilitation, change management and organisational development.
She integrates the disciplines of process design and delivery with a compelling change management framework and strategic communications to make a measurable difference to productivity, innovation and project outcomes. The validated and productive processes and tools she delivers have proven a positive influence on all assignments.
Central to her work is the validated Four Rooms of Change which is a theory and methodology with three analytical instruments - introduction, organisational barometer and personal dialectics. The Four Rooms of Change support innovation, development, change and transformation as well as stability and everyday business operations. It was developed by Swedish psychologist, Claes Janssen, and has been widely used in the private, public, political and not for profit sectors. The tools can be used by individuals, groups and complex systems. If you’re wanting to feel more confident ; need to ‘let go of stuff’ ; understand your potential innovators or positively contribute to the design and delivery of response to big issues, understanding the mind-frames during change and transition is essential.
TLP11, 12 & 13 have already been lucky enough to be introduced to this model and it consistently is reported as one of the highlights of the program.
Don't miss this opportunity.
